1. Introduction
Welcome to PCO LINK. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

2. Eligibility
To rent a PCO car from us, you must:

  • Hold a valid UK Driving License.

  • Possess a valid PCO License issued by TfL.

  • Provide proof of address and National Insurance Number.

  • Be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

3. Booking & Rental Terms

  • All bookings require a refundable security deposit.

  • Rental fees must be paid in advance on a weekly or monthly basis.

  • Cars must be used strictly for private hire purposes as per TfL regulations.

  • Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • All vehicles are fully insured; however, drivers are responsible for any excess charges in case of an accident.

  • The renter is liable for any fines, penalties, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

5. Vehicle Maintenance & Damage

  • Regular maintenance is covered, but the driver is responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition.

  • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear must be reported immediately and may be charged to the renter.

6. Termination of Agreement

  • We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement in cases of late payments, misuse of the vehicle, or violation of any legal regulations.
