Transport for London (TfL) recently updated its vehicle emission standards for PCO-licensed vehicles. Starting in 2025, new licenses will only be issued for Zero Emission Capable (ZEC) vehicles.
What this means for you:
- Petrol-only cars are no longer eligible
- Hybrids like Toyota Prius and Hyundai Ioniq still qualify
- Drivers must choose ULEZ-compliant vehicles to continue working in central London
